HOW DO I KNOW THAT THEY RECEIVED MY ORDER THROUGH THE WEB PAGE?

Only registered users can place orders online. Please fill in the mandatory blanks, then select your garment model and size in your shopping cart and proceed to check-out. You will receive confirmation in the e-mail address you register in the previous form, We will also provide a status update via e-mail within 24 hours from successfully submitting your order.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT THEY RECEIVED MY ORDER THROUGH THE WEB PAGE?

In order to make your purchases on the website you must register in advance. In addition, you must fill in the required fields, select the desired merchandise by model and size in your shopping cart and send the order. You will receive a response by e-mail immediately confirming the correct reception of your order and in less than 24 hours you should receive a communication indicating the status of the same.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Your order will be shipped based on availability of garment models and sizes. If your product is in stock, your order should arrive within the next 2 to 3 days. If your desired garment is not available, your sales assistant will provide an estimated time of arrival, depending on your order size. For special orders, please consult your sales assistant directly.

WHAT TO DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ORDER?

In the unlikely event of receiving a mistaken order, please confirm if the size and model of your garment matches your original order. IS SHYLA A WHOLESALER STORE?

Yes and No: While many wholesale stores place a minimum order quantity, we process each of our orders with the same quality and service standards: From one piece to a hundred thousand different garments.

WHAT ARE SHYLAS WHOLESALE PRICES?

In order to become an official merchandiser, please submit a minimum order quantity of 6 units in your first order. Any purchase after becoming an official merchandiser has no MOQ. Wholesale prices are available in our product price list (attached to your catalog).

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING OF COATS?

Shipping cost varies depending on the total amount of each order and if any applicable promotion is still valid.

HOW LONG IS MY PRE-ORDER AVAILABLE?

Your pre-order will be available within the next 3 natural days of being submitted. If your deposit is not received, your pre-order will be automatically canceled.

Zero interest, monthly installments available in Mexico city, using your Bancomer or Banamex credit card, minimum purchase of $3,000.00.
